Cultural diversity audit
Note: we specialise in cultural diversity
A cultural diversity audit may help you pursue an effective policy in this area. It is a relatively minor investigation that takes up little time.
If you wish, you can carry out part of the audit yourself (self-diagnosis) or ask us to do it all. We can also discuss the degree to which we take a quantitative or a qualitative approach. In addition, the substance of the audit can be focused on those outcomes that are essential to your specific organisation. Tailor-made, in other words.
What questions can a cultural diversity audit answer? Some examples:
- Is our organisation already culturally diverse? In which sections? To what extent?
- Where can we make progress?
- What form might a diversity policy take in our organisation? What action would such a policy entail?
- What would this action cost? And what would it deliver?
- How can we introduce greater cultural diversity into our organisation? Where, exactly? By recruitment?
- How can we increase the cultural flexibility of our organisation, staff and teams?
- What objectives can we formulate for staff member X or team Y?
- Who would benefit from training?
- How can we correctly evaluate our policy and action?
