Our approach

Before each intervention in your organisation, a thorough analysis of the requirements is made. This could be an individual situation analysis or a broad cooperation audit. The analysis and/or audit will result in a specific plan of action that will clearly explain to you how and with which resources the desired cross-cultural performance, and therefore your organisation's goals abroad, can be achieved.
Depending on the analysis, the action plan may include the following activities:

  • organizational and strategic recommendations (management & leadership actions)c
  • individual coaching both at your company (near-the-job or on-the-job) and from a distance (telephone, video conferencing, Internet)
  • individual training or group training at your company or wherever you might wish (formula and intensity depend on the actual requirements)
  • guided independent study (with individual support, face-to-face or from a distance)
  • awareness-raising activities (using all internal communication channels)
  • advice on self-reliance activities to optimise communication flow
  • support of specific recruitment and/or outsourcing activities
  • supply of job-aids which your staff can use in a just-in-time manner
  • advice on the purchase of localisation services, language training, study packages, etc.

Training

The starting point for our training and coaching activities is the multilingual and cross-cultural reality in which your staff must achieve a predetermined performance level together with your organisation's goals. The training we provide is tailored exclusively to your requirements, either individually or as a team, and on the basis of a thorough analysis and a solid commitment to a training plan. In addition to the content, we do everything we can to tailor as many aspects as possible to your needs: timing, planning and intensity of the session(s), location, any preferred learning approach, etc. Specifically, interventions lasting a full day or longer (at your company or home) and just-in-time training sessions by telephone are possible.


Coaching

Our coaching helps you to better formulate your goals for your organisation, yourself and your staff and we help you to implement your strategy and achieve your operational goals. We ensure that you use your energies in a result-oriented way. For us, coaching is a form of consulting which is more personalised and is carried out over a longer term (3, 6, 9, 12+ months). As coach, we accelerate your learning and development processes; you are never dependent on our knowledge and skills. Depending on your requirements, we can act as advisor, sounding-board, mentor, objective evaluator, motivator, etc.
